Hello everyone nowadays people face many problems of dark skin colour.Dark face makes a person unhappy, unconfident. This makes person to use expensive fairness creams which makes their face more damaged by getting pimpels and wrinkles on their face.
So here I will share some most important natural remedy to make your face white and fair.
1.Use of Fuller earth((Multani Mitti)-
Fuller’s earth helps the skin for brightning and glowing.
Take a bowl and then add 4 tablespoon multani mitti and 1 tablespoon of rose water and 1 tablespoon of tonmato juice and the mix all these ingredients properly with the help of water.Then leave it for 30 minutes.After that wash our face with cold water clearly .Use it three times in a week to get good result.
2.Use of potato and cucumber juice-
Take a potato then peel of potato and takeout juice of it and then peel of cucumber then takeout juice from cucumber.Take a bowl then add 2 tablespoon rice flour ,2 tablespoon wheat flour, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey ,2 tablespoon potato juice, 2 tablespoon cucumber juice then mix them all . Then apply it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes then wash it with cold water.Apply this mixture 2 times daily in your face to get better result.
3.Use of tomato-
Tomato helps in removing dead cells from our face.It is a very best way and simple.
Take a tomato then cut the tomato into half then took out the juice from it and mix it with sugar powder then apply on the dark area of your face.Leave it for 30 minutes in your face.After that wash your face gently.Apply daily 2-3 times for better result.
4.Use of Gram Flour(Besan)-
At first take a bowl then add 4 tablespoon gram flour,1 tablespoon lemon juice,half tablespoon turmeric powderand add milk to make na smooth paste.Then apply on your face.After it dries wash your face gently with vcold water.After thaat apply aloevera gel or any moisturiser.Use thrice in a week to get best results.
5.Use of Yogurt(Dahi)-
Take a bowl then aadd 2 tablespoon curd,4 tabhlespoon sandal wood powder,1 tablespoon honey,1 tablespoon potato juice and 1 tablespoon cucumber juice then add all thge mixture properloy and make a smooth paste then apply it on yourt face and leave it for 20 minutes.After that wash your face with cold water.
Apply this mask atleast 2-3 timen in a week to get best result.
6.DRINK WATER REGULARLY-
Drinking water helps to reduce pimples,acne and also helps to makle a glowing skin.Drink water n your daily basids at least 15-16 glass per day.It also helps in detoxification and making health better.It helps in digestion,circulation.It keeps our skin healthy and hydrating.Drinking water regularly also0 helps in removing wrinkles and makes the frace smooth.It also reduces the dark circles around the yes.
7.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables–
